Terms of Service — Phangan TV Agent

1. What this app does

Phangan TV Agent ("the App") is a private automation tool of the Phangan TV media project (Koh Phangan, Thailand). It uploads short event videos to the project's own TikTok account via the official TikTok Content Posting API. There are no other end users: the only TikTok account connected is owned by the same team that operates the App.

2. TikTok integration

The App uses TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0) solely to obtain the account owner's authorization.
Requested scopes: user.info.basic (verify the connected account), video.upload / video.publish (upload and publish the project's own videos).
The App never posts, edits, or deletes anything outside the connected project account. It never accesses other users' data, followers, or messages.

3. Acceptable use

Content uploaded is original event footage shot by the project team. No third-party copyrighted material is uploaded.
Uploads respect TikTok rate limits (max 6 requests/minute; max 5 pending shares per 24 hours) and TikTok Community Guidelines.
If TikTok restricts or bans the connected account, the operator will stop automated posting until the issue is resolved.

4. Authorization & revocation

Access is granted explicitly by the account owner through TikTok's OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time in TikTok Settings → Security → Apps and websites, or by contacting us (see §6). After revocation the stored tokens are deleted (see Privacy Policy).

5. Availability

The App is an internal tool provided "as is", without warranties. The operator may suspend automation at any time.
