Privacy Policy — Phangan TV Agent

1. Who we are

Phangan TV Agent ("the App") is a private automation tool of the Phangan TV media project (Koh Phangan, Thailand). Contact: https://t.me/Phangantv. The App serves a single connected TikTok account owned by the project team; there are no other end users.

2. Data we collect via TikTok

Only through TikTok Login Kit with the account owner's explicit OAuth consent:

user.info.basic: open_id and basic profile data — used solely to verify which account is connected.
video.upload / video.publish: permission to upload/publish videos — the videos themselves are the project's own event footage, provided by the operator.

We do not collect followers, messages, comments, analytics of other users, or any data beyond what the granted scopes expose.

3. How data is used and stored

OAuth tokens (access_token, refresh_token, open_id) are stored in the operator's local server configuration and used only to call the TikTok API on the owner's behalf.
Video files being published are stored on the same local server until the upload completes, then removed per the project's retention routine.
Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. No tracking, no cookies, no analytics SDKs.

4. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept until the owner revokes access (TikTok Settings → Security → Apps and websites) or asks us to disconnect; then they are deleted within 7 days.
Published videos remain on TikTok under the platform's own retention rules; local copies are deleted after verification.

5. Security

The server is operated by the project team with restricted access. Despite reasonable safeguards, no method of storage is 100% secure.

6. Changes & contact

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces the file linked from the TikTok app configuration. Questions or deletion requests: https://t.me/Phangantv.
